袁彪,男,1990年生,博士,副研討員,碩士研討生導師,美國馬薩諸塞州州立大學(University of Massachusetts Amherst)拜候學者。現就任于中國藥科大學國度中藥材加工手藝研發專業中間/工學院食物品德與寧靜教研室。

現掌管國度及省部級名目5項,以名目主干身份到場國度天然迷信基金名目3項、國度重點研發打算重點專項子課題1項。在國際著名學術期刊頒發SCI論文30余篇,包含Molecular Nutrition & Food ResearchFood & FunctionJournal of Agriculture and Food ChemistryFood ChemistryFood Hydrocolloids等期刊。請求國度發現專利10余項。擔負中國竹財產協會竹食物與日用品分會理事,多個SCI收錄期刊審稿人。

承當本科生《保健食物工藝學》、《功效食物學》、《嘗試設想與數據闡發》、《科技論文寫作》及研討生《高等食物迷信》課程的講授任務。指點國度級大先生立異創業名目1項、省級大先生立異創業名目2項,持續取得第四屆江蘇省科協青年會員立異創業大賽食物科技范疇三等獎2項。
